The man accused of killing Queensland teenager Larissa Beilby has reportedly spent the last fortnight in jail hiding from other inmates and is on suicide watch.
Zlatko Sikorsky, 34, has been charged with murder of Brisbane schoolgirl, whose death shocked the nation after her body was allegedly dumped in a barrel on June 27, 12 days after she was last seen alive.
He has been charged with a further 16 offences and has since been accused of attempting to murder another woman.

A prison source has told The Courier Mail that Sikorsky fears retaliation from fellow inmates and has used suicide watch to avoid contact with them.
‘He’s scared for his life,’ the source told the publication.
Sikorsky was transferred from Brisbane Correctional Centre to Wolston this week, where he’s reportedly in a safety cell in the detention unit, where he gets a check-up every 15 minutes.
The prison source told the publication he could be there ‘for months’.
Prior to the relocation, Sikorsky was kept well clear of co-accused Joe Geiger at Brisbane Correctional Centre.

Her alleged killer Zlatko Sikorksy (pictured) was charged with a further 16 offences and has since been accused of attempting to murder another woman.
Geiger claimed to media last month he didn’t know who Sikorksy was before a ‘friend’ brought him to his Sunshine Coast unit, where Sikorksy was holed up during a 28 hour police siege before he was arrested.
Geiger has since been charged with being an accessory.
Meanwhile, heartbreaking messages were left on Larissa’s white coffin as hundreds of mourners said their farewells on Thursday, two weeks after her body was found.
Uniformed and plain clothes police joined family and friends gathered at a private service for the 16-year-old.

Older sister Deanna told mourners at the service her heart had been shattered and emotions destroyed by her sister’s alleged murder.
‘You were and will always be the life of our family … you were too beautiful for this world,’ she told service on Thursday.
‘This isn’t a goodbye Riss, it’s a see-you-later. I’ll see you again one day and I’ll hold you so tight.’
Grieving father Peter added: ‘I will always miss her so much and I will never stop. So fly high Riss.’
A public memorial service was held for Larissa at Strathpine last weekend.
