Napoli midfielder Jorginho is on the brink of completing a £50million move to Chelsea but admits that the decision to leave Napoli hasn’t been easy and he will always miss the club.
He will be joined by his coach Maurizio Sarri, who will take over from Antonio Conte at Chelsea in a deal worth £57m.
Jorginho was integral to Napoli’s challenge for the Serie A title last season under Maurizio Sarri
‘I will miss Napoli very much after five years spent here… I remain forever bonded to this city,’ Jorginho, 26, told CalcioNapoli24.
Former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti will step in as new Napoli manager on a three-year deal, but Jorginho is none the wiser with regard to his likely replacement.
‘Good question! I have no idea,’ he added.

Jorginho, who made 133 appearances for Napoli, was a crucial component in their challenge for the Serie A title last season.
He was given a care package by his close friends as they said farewell on Tuesday evening.
Along with typical Italian ingredients, the package also included a Micky Mouse comic book written in English.
