A man accused of secretly filming up womens’ skirts at a shopping centre change room is banned from using his phone. 

Eric Serges Luna Balanay was arrested for allegedly peeping his iPhone under doors where he filmed more than 70 women.

The 30-year-old man is accused of filming the women while they were getting changed or using the bathrooms at a Gold Coast shopping centre.

Queensland Police allegedly found more than 70 secret videos on his computer where 52 incidents were reportedly recorded at his former workplace, according to 9News.

The behavioural therapist, who worked at a children’s autism foundation, is accused of remotely filming parents by his phone hidden in a bag.  

Mr Balanay was arrested on Sunday after Harbor Town Shopping Centre staff caught him filming women. 

The 30-year-old, who moved from the Philippines to Australia about two years ago, is facing 37 counts of making recordings in breach of privacy, Gold Coast Bulletin reported. 

The Gold Coast man is not allowed to carry a recording device and was ordered to surrender his passport.

Mr Balanay was granted bail and is expected to face court on June 18.
